高职高专院校黄酮类物质提取实验教学设计——以槐米中芦丁的提取工艺为例 被引量:1

摘要 黄酮类物质提取的实验教学设计以槐米为原料,通过碱提酸沉法、乙醇回流提取法等工艺方法提取芦丁,比较不同提取工艺条件对槐米中芦丁的提取效率的影响。同时通过拓展实验对比分析超声辅助提取法、微波辅助提取法等其他提取工艺的优劣。在培养学生掌握黄酮类提取工艺技术的同时,培养学生的主观能动性和综合分析能力,有利于培养学生的工匠精神和团队合作精神。 The experimental teaching design of flavonoids extraction included the following contents.Rutin was extracted from Sophora japonica by alkali extraction,acid precipitation and ethanol reflux extraction.The effects of different extraction conditions on the extraction efficiency of rutin were compared.At the same time,the advantages and disadvantages of other extraction processes such as ultrasonic assisted extraction and microwave-assisted extraction were compared and analyzed.While cultivating students’mastery of flavonoids extraction technology,cultivating students’subjective initiative and comprehensive analysis ability was conducive to cultivate students’craftsmanship spirit and teamwork spirit.
