全媒体考评系统的设计思路与应用

Design and Application of All Media Assessment System

在当前媒体融合的环境之下,媒体单位的考核机制已经产生了重大变化,过去传统的绩效考核管理已经无法准确衡量媒体单位采编人员的实际工作效果。全媒体考评系统基于中国蓝云业务生产系统结合智能技术设计实现了跨媒体渠道综合考评的绩效考核系统。本文介绍了全媒体考评系统的系统架构设计、核心模块以及系统应用。

Under the current environment of media convergence,the media assessment system of media units has undergone major changes.The traditional performance assessment management has been unable to accurately measure the actual work effects of media units’editors.The all media assessment system which based on China Blue Cloud combined business production system and intelligent technology to achieve a cross-media channel comprehensive assessment system for performance.This paper introduces the system architecture design,core modules and system application of the all media evaluation system.
