丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合非洛地平缓释片治疗老年原发性高血压的效果及对血管内皮功能、ficolin-3、salusin-β表达的影响

Effect of sodium tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate combined with felodipine sustained release tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with essential hypertension and its influences on vascular endothelial function,ficolin-3 and salusin-β expressions

目的 探讨丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合非洛地平缓释片治疗老年原发性高血压(EH)的效果及对血管内皮功能、纤维蛋白胶凝素-3(ficolin-3)、salusin-β表达的影响。方法 选择2020年7月至2021年6月收治的400例老年EH患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各200例。对照组采用常规治疗加非洛地平缓释片,观察组在对照组基础上加丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月,观察组的一氧化氮(NO)水平高于对照组,内皮素-1(ET-1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月,观察组的ficolin-3、salusin-β水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、尿蛋白定量低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合非洛地平缓释片治疗老年EH患者的效果满意,可改善血管内皮功能,减少ficolin-3、salusin-β的表达,提高血压控制效果,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of sodium tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate combined with felodipine sustained release tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with essential hypertension(EH) and its influence on vascular endothelial function,ficolin-3 and salusin-β expressions.Methods Four hundred elderly EH patients admitted from July 2020 to June2021 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 200 cases in each group.The control group received conventional therapy added felodipine sustained release tablets,and the observation group was added sodium tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05).At3 months after treatment,the level of nitric oxide(NO) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the levels of endothelin-1(ET-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 months after treatment,the levels of ficolin-3 and salusin-β in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).After treatment,systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP) and urine protein quantification in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate combined with felodipine sustained release tablets has satisfactory effect in the treatment of elderly patients with EH.It can improve vascular endothelial function,reduce the expressions of ficolin-3 and salusin-β,and improve blood pressure control effect,which is worthy of promotion.
