来曲唑联合地屈孕酮对子宫内膜异位症患者性激素水平的影响

Effect of letrozole combined with dydrogesterone on sex hormone levels in patients with endometriosis

目的 探讨来曲唑联合地屈孕酮对子宫内膜异位症患者性激素水平的影响。方法 选取2018年3月至2020年10月我院接受治疗的100例子宫内膜异位症患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予来曲唑治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合地屈孕酮治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果 治疗后,两组的卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)和雌二醇(E2)水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的糖类抗原125(CA125)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、可溶性人类白细胞抗原G(sHLA-G)及多配体蛋白聚糖-1(SDC-1)水平低于治疗前,1,25-二羟基维生素D_(3)[1,25-(OH)_(2)D_(3)]水平高于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 来曲唑联合地屈孕酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床效果显著,可有效降低患者的性激素水平,改善血清相关因子水平,提高预后。

Objective To explore the effect of letrozole combined with dydrogesterone on sex hormone levels in patients with endometriosis.Methods A total of 100 patients with endometriosis received treatment in our hospital from March 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment schemes,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with letrozole,and the observation group was combined with dydrogesterone on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH) and estradiol(E2) in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),matrix metallo-proteinase-9(MMP-9),soluble human leukocyte antigen-G(sHLA-G) and syndecan-1(SDC-1) in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the level of 1,25-dihydroxy-vitamin D_(3)[1,25-(OH)_(2)D_(3)]was higher than that before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group( P<0.05).Conclusion The letrozole combined with dydrogesterone in the treatment of endometriosis has remarkable clinical effect,it can effectively reduce the sex hormones levels of patients,improve the levels of serum related factors,and improve the prognosis.
