电子助行仪联合四肢联动功能训练对脑卒中患者步行能力及跌倒风险的影响

摘要 目的 探究电子助行仪联合四肢联动功能训练对脑卒中患者步行能力和跌倒风险的影响。方法 选取我院2020年4月至2021年4月收治的98例脑卒中患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各49例。观察组采用电子助行仪联合四肢联动功能训练,对照组采用常规方式训练。比较两组的10 m最大步行速度(10 mMWS)、下肢运动功能、平衡功能、跌倒风险及平均跌倒次数。结果 治疗前,两组的10 mMWS比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的10 mMWS大于治疗前,且观察组大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的下肢Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的下肢FMA评分均显著高于治疗前,且观察组显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的BBS评分均显著高于治疗前,且观察组显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的Morse跌倒评估量表(MFS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的MFS评分均显著低于治疗前,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前及治疗1、2周后,两组的跌倒次数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3周、1个月后,两组的跌倒次数均显著少于治疗前,且观察组显著少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 电子助行仪联合四肢联动功能训练能有效改善脑卒中患者的步行能力,降低跌倒风险,值得临床应用。 Objective To explore the effects of electronic walking aid combined with limb linkage function training on walking ability and fall risk of cerebral apoplexy patients.Methods A total of 98 cerebral apoplexy patients admitted in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The observation group received electronic walking aid combined with limb linkage function training,while the control group received conventional training.The 10 m maximum walking speed(10 mMWS),lower limb motor function,balance function,fall risk and average number of falls were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in 10 mMWS between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the 10 mMWS of the two groups was greater than that before treatment,and that in the observation group was greater than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05);after treatment,the lower limb FMA score of the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment,and that in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);after treatment,the BBS score of the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment,and that in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);after treatment,the MFS score of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,and that in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);after 3 weeks and 1 month of treatment,the number of falls in the two groups was significantly less than that before treatment,and that in the observation group was significantly less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Electronic walking aid combined with limb linkage function training can effectively improve the walking ability and reduce the risk of falls of cerebral apoplexy patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
