加速康复外科护理在妇科恶性肿瘤微创手术患者中的应用价值

Application value of accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing in patients with gynecological malignant tumor undergoing minimally invasive surgery

目的 研究加速康复外科护理在妇科恶性肿瘤微创手术患者中的应用价值。方法 选取2017年9月至2020年9月在我院妇科行微创手术治疗的90例恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组45例。对照组行常规护理,试验组采用加速康复外科护理。比较两组患者的生活质量、围手术期康复指标、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果 干预后,试验组的简明健康调查问卷(SF-36)各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的术后肛门排气时间、术后下床时间、切口愈合时间和住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 加速康复外科护理用于妇科恶性肿瘤微创手术患者中的效果显著,能够于术后第一时间给予患者科学且全面的护理干预,促进术后康复。

Objective To study the application value of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing in patients with gynecological malignant tumor undergoing minimally invasive surgery.Methods A total of 90 patients with malignant tumor who underwent minimally invasive surgery in gynecology department of our hospital from September 2017 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into experimental group and control group by numerical random table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing.The quality of life,perioperative rehabilitation indexes,occurrence of complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Short Form 36 Health Survey Questionnaire(SF-36) for each dimension in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of postoperative anal exhaust,postoperative time of getting out of bed,incision healing time and hospitalization time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing has a significant effect on patients with gynecological malignant tumor undergoing minimally invasive surgery,which can give patients scientific and comprehensive nursing intervention in the first time after surgery and promote postoperative rehabilitation.
