多学科协作模式在多重耐药菌医院感染防控中的应用价值

Application value of multidisciplinary cooperation model in the prevention and control of nosocomial infections caused by multi-drugresistant bacteria

目的 分析多学科协作模式在多重耐药菌医院感染防控中的应用价值。方法 将我院2019年1月至2020年12月不同科室收治的986例住院患者按照不同纳入时间分为对照组(492例,常规防控干预)和观察组(494例,多学科协作模式防控干预)。比较两组的防控效果。结果 干预后,两组的多重耐药菌感染防控质量各维度评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的院内细菌感染发生率、多重耐药菌感染发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的防控干预满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 多学科协作模式在多重耐药菌医院感染防控中可取得理想的防控干预效果,有利于降低细菌感染及多重耐药菌感染的发生率,提高患者对防控干预的满意度。

Objective To analyze the application value of multidisciplinary cooperation model in the prevention and control of nosocomial infections caused by multi-drugresistant bacteria.Methods A total of 986 hospitalized patients in different departments of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were divided into control group(492 cases,routine prevention and control intervention) and observation group(494 cases,multidisciplinary collaborative model prevention and control intervention) according to different inclusion time.The prevention and control effects were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of all dimension of prevention and control quality of multidrugresistant bacteria infection in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P <0.05).The incidence of nosocomial bacterial infection and multi-drugresistant bacteria infection in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of prevention and control intervention in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary cooperation model can achieve ideal intervention effect in the prevention and control of multi-drugresistant bacteria nosocomial infection,which is beneficaial to reduce the incidence of bacterial infection and multiple infection,and then improve the satisfaction of patients with prevention and control intervention.
