摘要
运营航道需要拓宽或加深疏浚时,常因施工船舶与运营船舶的频繁避让导致安全风险大、施工效率低。针对这一情况研究了船舶安全避让及效率提升措施,即:采用航道有效宽度计算方法,通过施工通航验算,采取科学有效的避让措施,解决耙吸船频繁驶离航道避让的问题。研发了耙吸船的堵耙快速取泥装置、耙头防溜耙装置,解决了耙吸船施工黏土堵耙清理难、边坡施工效率低下等技术难题。实践证明措施可行。
When the operating waterway needs to be widened or deepened for dredging,the frequent avoidance of construction ships and operating ships often leads to high safety risks and low construction efficiency.In this situation,the ship safety avoidance and efficiency improvement measures are studied,that is,the calculation method of the effective width of the channel is adopted,and the scientific and effective avoidance measures are adopted through the construction and navigation check to solve the problem that the rake suction ship frequently leaves the channel to avoid the problem.We develop blocking rake fast mud removal device and rake head anti-slip rake device of TSHD,which respectively solve the technical problems such as the difficulty of cleaning the raking and raking in the construction of TSHD,and the low efficiency of slope construction.Practice has proved that the measures are feasible.
