摘要
针对高校实验室人工管理存在的自动化效率不高和安全性较差等问题,基于可编程控制器和射频识别技术,以PLC为硬件核心,以Visu+组态软件为软件核心,设计了包含控制、传感、上位机和执行四部分,监控层、现场控制层和现场设备层三级拓扑结构的实验室智能管理系统。结果表明:系统有效实现了实验室内温湿度和光照的控制,管理人员可远程查询实验室内部状态和设备器材情况,提高了实验室的管理效率和安全性。
Aiming at problems of management of university laboratories in artificial mode,such as low automation efficiency and poor security,a laboratory intelligent management system based on programmable logic controller(PLC)and radio frequency identification(RFID)is proposed.Taking Phoenix PLC as the hardware core and Visu+configuration software as the software core,the system consists of four parts:control,sensing,upper computer and execution,and three-level topological structure of monitoring layer,field control layer and field equipment layer.The results show that:the system can effectively control temperature,humidity and light in the laboratory,and enable managers remotely query the internal status of the laboratory and the condition of equipment.The management efficiency and safety of the laboratory is improved.
