摘要
顶管施工法是非开挖技术的代表施工方法之一,在市政、公路施工中较为成熟,多用于短距离、小直径管道施工。水利工程长距离隧道施工多采用钻爆法,但进度慢,且安全性不高。蓟州区输水线路工程在大直径、长距离管道施工过程中形成了一套成熟的硬岩顶管施工工艺,能保障施工的进度及安全。从岩石顶管机选取、具体工艺手法和配套辅助系统对该工艺进行了介绍,以期对类似工程施工提供借鉴。
Pipe jacking is one of the representative construction methods of non-excavation technology,which is relatively mature in municipal and highway construction and is mostly used for short distance and small diameter pipeline construc⁃tion.Drilling and blasting method is often used in the construction of long distance tunnels in water conservancy projects,which is slow in progress and low in safety.The water transmission line project in Jizhou District has formed a set of mature hard rock pipe jacking construction technologies in the process of large diameter and long distance pipeline construction,which can ensure construction progress and safety.This paper introduces the process from the selection of rock pipe jacking machine,specific technology and supporting auxiliary system which is of great significance for similar projects.
