内蒙古地区类风湿关节炎中医证型分布规律及相关因素研究

Study Ondistribution of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes and Related Influencing Factors of Rheumatoid Arthritis in Inner Mongolia

目的:研究内蒙古地区类风湿关节炎(RA)中医证型分布规律以帮助临床准确辨证、提高疗效。方法:对内蒙古地区6个中心206例RA患者进行横断面调查,分析证型分布规律及相关影响因素。结果:寒湿痹阻>风湿痹阻>湿热痹阻>肝肾不足>气血两虚>气阴两虚=瘀血阻络>痰瘀痹阻。各证型年龄(P=0.029)、健康评估问卷评分(HAQ)(P=0.007)差异有统计学意义;性别、病程、血小板计数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:内蒙古地区RA证型分布以寒湿痹阻、风湿痹阻居多;老年人肝肾不足、湿热痹阻证型居多。湿热痹阻证型较风湿痹阻、寒湿痹阻HAQ评分更高。

Objective To study the distribution of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)in Inner Mongolia,makedoctors differentiate the syndromes accurately and improve the curative effect.Methods A cross-sectional survey of 206 RA patients from 6 centers in Inner Mongolia was conducted to analyze the distribution of syndrome types and related influencing factors.Results The syndromes are sorted as follows:Cold-dampness obstruction>Wind-dampness obstruction>Dampness-heat obstruction>Deficiency of liver and kidney>Deficiency of qi and blood>Deficiency of qi and yin=Obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis>Phlegm and blood stasis obstruction.There were statistical differences in age(P=0.029)and healthassessmentquestionnaire(P=0.007)among different syndromes.There were no significant differences in gender,course of disease and platelet count(P>0.05).Conclusions The distribution of RA syndromes in Inner Mongolia is mainly composed of cold-dampness obstruction and wind-dampness obstruction.The proportion of deficiency of liver and kidney and dampness-heat obstruction in the elderly is higher.The HAQ score of dampness-heat obstruction is higher than that of wind-dampness obstruction and cold-dampness obstruction.
