摘要
目的:提高仙灵骨葆胶囊质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对仙灵骨葆胶囊中淫羊藿、续断、丹参、补骨脂、知母进行鉴别。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。结论:建立的方法专属性强,重现性好,可作为仙灵骨葆胶囊的定性鉴别。
Objective To improve the quality standard of Xianlinggubao Capsules.Methods The TLC method was used to qualitatively identify Epimedii folium,Dipsaci radix,Radix et rhizoma,Psoraleae fructus and Anemarrhenaee rhizoma.Results The spotson the TLC plate were clear and the negative control sample didn't disturb.Conclusion The established methods were accurate,reliable,andreproducible,and could be used for the quality control ofXianlinggubao Capsules.
