蒙医温针治疗腰椎间盘突出坐骨神经痛32例临床观察

Clinical Study on Warm Acupuncture of Mongolian Medicine Therapy for Sciatica Caused by Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的:观察蒙医温针治疗腰椎间盘突出坐骨神经痛的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的患者随机分为对照1组、对照2组和观察组,每组32例。对照1组使用钝头针行假针灸治疗,对照2组给予口服西药治疗,观察组采用蒙医温针治疗。每日治疗1次,共治疗两周。分别于治疗前后观察各组患者疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、改良Oswestry功能障碍指数评估表(ODI)评分,并通过蒙医临床症状体征改变进行临床疗效评估。结果:对照1组治疗前后VAS、ODI评分无明显变化(P>0.05),对照2组及观察组治疗后VAS、ODI评分均显著降低(P<0.05),且两组间治疗后VAS、ODI评分无显著差异(P>0.05)。对照2组总有效率和愈显率分别为90%、60%,观察组总有效率和愈显率分别为96.8%、81.2%,两组总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),愈显率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蒙医温针可有效缓解腰椎间盘突出引起坐骨神经痛患者腰腿疼痛、麻木等症状,改善患者腰椎功能、提高日常工作能力。治疗过程中未见任何不良反应,是临床治疗本病的一种安全可行、疗效肯定的新选择。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of warm acupuncture of Mongolian medicine therapy on sciatica caused by lumbar disc herniation.Methods 96 patients with sciatica caused by lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into control group 1,control group 2 and observation group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group 1 was treated with blunt needle,the control group 2 was treated with oral western medicine and observation group was treated with warm acupuncture of Mongolian medicine therapy.Once a day for two weeks.The scores of pain visual analogue scale(VAS)and modified Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated by the score of clinical symptoms and signs of Mongolian medicine.Results Compared with before treatment,the score of VAS and ODI in control group 1 after treatment was P>0.05.Scores of VAS and ODI in control group 2 and observation group decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate and effective rate of control group 2 were 90% and 60% respectively,and the total effective rate and effective rate of observation group were 96.8% and 81.2% respectively.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05),but the difference in the effective rate was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm acupuncture of Mongolian Medicine can effectively alleviate the symptoms of low back and leg pain and numbness of patients with sciatica caused by lumbar disc herniation,improve the lumbar function and daily work ability of patients.There was no adverse reaction during the treatment,which provides a safe,feasible and effective new choice for the clinical treatment of this disease.
