摘要
目的:观察四神丸汤剂加减应用于小儿脾肾阳虚型泄泻的临床效果。方法:选取61例脾肾阳虚型泄泻患儿,随机分为对照组30例,予蒙脱石散口服治疗;观察组31例,予四神丸汤剂口服治疗,不与其他治疗方法联用。疗程5 d,对治疗前后症状评分和总有效率进行比较。结果:对照组治疗后症状总评分显著高于观察组,而总有效率明显低于观察组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四神丸汤剂加减对小儿脾肾阳虚型泄泻疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of sishen Pill decoction on diarrhea of spleen-kidney-yang deficiency in children.Methods Sixty-one children with diarrhea of spleen-kidney-yang deficiency were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=31).The symptom score and total response rate were compared before and after treatment for 5 days.Results The total symptom score of control group was significantly higher than that of observation group,and the total effective rate was significantly lower than that of observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sishen pill decoction has significant curative effect on diarrhea of spleen-kidney-yang deficiency in children,which is worth popularizing.
