基于“一带一路”引文索引的国际学术话语传播体系构建组织策略研究

Research on Organization Strategies for the Construction of the International Academic Discourse Communication System Based on the Silk Road Citation Index

学术话语传播体系作为国际传播的重要途径和方法,对加大话语传播和议题设计能力,促进“一带一路”国际学术传播交流有重大作用。引文索引作为载体和平台,对国际学术话语传播体系具有不可替代的价值。分析了“一带一路”引文索引国际学术话语传播体系构建的必要性,探讨了“一带一路”引文索引国际学术话语传播体系构建的组织基础和组织策略,指出我国应在国家主导下,通过国际合作、协同创新,充分发挥“一带一路”引文索引(SRCI)的综合服务功能,积极构建以SRCI为基础的国际学术话语传播体系,重塑国际学术传播秩序。

As an important way and method of international communication,the academic discourse communicationsystem plays an important role in enhancing the ability of discourse communication and topic design,and promoting the in-ternational academic communication and exchange of“the Belt and Road”. As a carrier and platform,citation index has ir-replaceable value to the international academic discourse communication system. This paper analyzes the necessity of theconstruction of the international academic discourse communication system of the Silk Road Citation Index,discusses theorganizational basis and strategy of the construction of the international academic discourse communication system of theSilk Road Citation Index,and points out that China should give full play to the comprehensive service function of the SilkRoad Citation Index(SRCI)through international cooperation and collaborative innovation,and actively build an interna-tional academic discourse communication system based on the SRCI,and to reshape the international academic communi-cation order.
