摘要
溃疡性结肠炎被认为是病因复杂,且极易反复的常见病,是当今学术研究热点,中医学中将该病归属于“痢疾”“泄泻”“便血”的范畴,病之初始于大肠,经属阳明,正盛邪实,交争于“三阳经”,或清泄湿热、或温化寒湿,调和气血,以求阴平阳秘;若未能纠正,进而耗伤精血,久则正虚邪恋,陷之“三阴经”,终导致阳损及阴、阴阳两虚,则多以培补三阴为原则;该病情复杂多变、虚实夹杂,亦有变证,需分经论治,以宣表和里、开阖阳明、和解枢机、温清并用、培元固本,平调寒热为治法,察色按脉,审其阴阳,灵活运用六经辨证,指导临床诊疗。
Ulcerative colitis is considered to be a common disease with complex etiology and easy to repeat,and it is the focus of academic research today.in traditional Chinese medicine,the disease is classified into the category of “dysentery”,“diarrhea” and “hematochezia”.The disease begins in the large intestine,belongs to Yangming,is full of evil,and competes in the “Sanyang Meridian”,or clearing away dampness and heat,or warming cold and dampness,reconciling Qi and blood,in order to smooth Yin and Yang and constipation.If it is not corrected,and then consumes the essence and blood,for a long time,it will be deficiency and evil love,and fall into the “three Yin meridians”,which will eventually lead to the loss of Yang and the deficiency of both Yin and Yang,then the principle of nourishing the three Yin will be taken as the principle.The disease is complex and changeable,mixed with deficiency and reality,and there are also syndromes,which need to be treated according to the theory of meridians,such as declaring form and interior,opening and closing Yangming,reconciling cardinal,warming Yang and strengthening the foundation,regulating cold and heat as the treatment,observing the color and pressing the pulse,examining its Yin and Yang,and flexibly using syndrome differentiation of the six meridians to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.
