江柏华“大方复治法”治疗肺结核经验

Jiang Baihua’s Large Dosage Combined with Multiple Methods in the Treatment of Pulmonary Tuberculosis

江柏华教授认为临床中肺结核病机复杂,往往虚实兼见,基于“有病者病受之,无病者体受之”“重剂起沉疴”的理论,提出“大方复治法”治疗肺结核,并创药组。在治疗肺结核患者时,江柏华教授处方中药味多、药量大,善用药组,扶正与祛邪兼顾,融扶正之“培土生金、清金养肺、益阴温肾”与祛邪之“理气柔肝、平肝清火、利水祛痰、化瘀通络、软坚散结”诸法为一方,但其仍尤重“清金保肺”,整体用药清润和缓,处方平和中正,配伍严谨精良。其外,江柏华教授极其注重肺结核患者的饮食调摄。

Professor JIANG Baihua thinks that tuberculosis is complicated in clinical practice.And the deficiency of positive Qi and the victory of evil Qi occur at the same time.Based on the theory that “medication is effective for people with disease,but ineffective or side effects for people without disease” and “the greater the dose,the more effective it is for stubborn disease”,he put forward a high-dose combined with a variety of methods to treat pulmonary tuberculosis.When treating pulmonary tuberculosis,Professor JIANG Baihua has many medicines and large doses,which not only strengthen the physical quality,but also strengthen the ability to dispel diseases.The method of “cultivating soil and generating gold,clearing gold and nourishing the lung,benefiting Yin and warming the kidney” to strengthen the physical quality is often used together with the method of “Regulating Qi and softening the liver,calming the liver and clearing fire,promoting water and eliminating phlegm,removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals,softening hardness and dispersing knots” to dispel diseases and evils,but he attaches the most importance to the method of “clearing gold and protecting the lung”.His overall medication is clear,moist and gentle,the prescription is peaceful,medium and correct,and the compatibility is rigorous and excellent.In addition,Professor JIANG Baihua attaches great importance to the dietary adjustment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.
