总结朱明芳教授从卫气营血论治湿疹经验。朱明芳教授认为湿疹的发病过程及皮损表现与温病的病证发展有相似之处,故将其分为卫分、气分、营分、血分证进行施治,分别以清热疏风、祛湿止痒、透热清营、养血祛风为基本治法,临床疗效甚佳。并附验案1则,以资佐证。

This paper summarizes Professor ZHU Mingfang’s experience in treating eczema from the theory of Wei Qi and nourishing blood.Professor ZHU Mingfang believes that the pathogenesis of eczema and the manifestations of skin lesions are similar to the development of symptoms of febrile diseases,so they are divided into Wei,Qi,Ying,and Blood.,Removing dampness and relieving itching,clearing heat and nourishing,nourishing blood and expelling wind are the basic treatment methods,and the clinical effect is very good.A test case is attached as evidence.
