自拟益气养血方干预结直肠癌术后化疗对外周血指标、肠道菌群分布及机体免疫功能的影响

To Explore the Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Peripheral Blood Indexes,Intestinal Flora Distribution and Immune Function in Patients with Colorectal Cancer after Chemotherapy

目的:分析结直肠癌术后化疗患者应用中西医结合治疗的效果及对机体免疫功能、肠道菌群分布、外周血指标的影响。方法:选取符合标准的106例结直肠癌术后化疗患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法进行分组,对照组53例给予采用FOLFOX方案化疗,观察组53例给予联合自拟益气补血方加减,对比2组患者临床疗效,外周血指标,肠道菌群分布,机体免疫功能及不良反应。结果:治疗3个月后,观察组患者HB、WBC及RBC水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组大肠杆菌及肠球菌水平低于对照组(P<0.05),乳酸杆菌及双歧杆菌均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组IgA、IgM及IgG水平和CD4+/CD8+参数均高于对照组(P<0.05);2组发生神经系统反应例数对比无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组发生白细胞减少及胃肠道反应例数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用自拟益气养血方治疗结直肠癌术后化疗患者效果明显,可有效减轻骨髓抑制情况,改善肠道菌群分布,加强免疫功能,减少化疗引起的白细胞减少及胃肠道反应情况,有利于延缓病情的进展。

Objective:To analyze the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in patients with colorectal cancer after postoperative chemotherapy and its effect on immune function,intestinal flora distribution and peripheral blood indexes.Methods:Selected 106 cases of colorectal cancer patients who met the criteria for postoperative chemotherapy as the research objects,and were divided into groups by random number table method.53 cases in the control group were given chemotherapy with FOLFOX regimen,and 53 cases in the observation group were given the combination of self-made Yiqi and Buxue prescription.The clinical efficacy,peripheral blood indexes,intestinal flora distribution,immune function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the levels of HB,WBC and RBC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P0.05);the number of cases of leukopenia and gastrointestinal reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Yiqi Yangxue Recipe is effective in the treatment of colorectal cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy.It can effectively reduce bone marrow suppression,improve intestinal flora distribution,strengthen immune function,and reduce chemotherapy-induced leukopenia and gastrointestinal reactions,which can help delay the progression of the disease.
