从脏腑论治难治性慢性咳嗽的研究现状

Analysis of the Research Status of Refractory Chronic Cough from the Perspective of Viscera

难治性慢性咳嗽目前是国内外的一大难题,现代医学在诊疗方面有一定的局限性。常规诊疗具有检查项目多、花费巨大、基层难以实现,且临床效果较差等弊端。而近几年新兴的神经调节剂和新受体拮抗剂因副作用大、尚处研究阶段等原因,临床应用较少。但中医药治疗难治性慢性咳嗽有自己的辨证论治体系,且临床效果显著,具有一定的优势。该文通过对近年来从脏腑论治难治性慢性咳嗽的研究现状进行综述,旨在为临床诊疗提供更为广阔的思路。

Refractory chronic cough is currently a major problem at home and abroad,and modern medicine has certain limitations in diagnosis and treatment.Routine diagnosis and treatment has the disadvantages of many inspection items,huge cost,difficult to achieve at the grassroots level,and poor clinical effect.However,in recent years,the emerging neuro-modulators and new receptor antagonists have few clinical applications due to large side effects and still in the research stage.However,traditional Chinese medicine has its own syndrome differentiation and treatment system in the treatment of refractory chronic cough,and the clinical effect is remarkable,which has certain advantages.This article reviews the research status of refractory chronic cough from the perspective of Zang-Fu organs in recent years,aiming to provide a broader idea for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
