摘要
为节约试验成本,航空轴承可靠性试验通常采用小样本定时截尾试验的方式,样本数和试验时间是影响试验结果可靠性的关键因素。根据韦布尔分布基本原理,对样本数、试验时间与可靠度指标、给定寿命、置信度、错判概率等因素的相关性进行了推演,提出了一种考虑置信度和错判概率的航空轴承无失效数据定时截尾试验设计方法,并结合实例进行了验证。
In order to save the test cost, the reliability test for aviation bearings usually adopts the method of fixed time censored test with small sample. The sample numbers and test duration are the key factors affecting the reliability of test results. According to basic principle of Weibull distribution, the relativity of sample numbers, test duration and reliability index, given life, confidence, probability of misjudgment, etc. are deduced, and a design method of fixed time censored test for the bearings with no failure data considering confidence and probability of misjudgment is proposed, and the verification is carried out by a practical case.
