摘要
近年来,国家大力推进智慧管网的建设,数字孪生体概念也运用到了油气管网的建设中。中缅原油管道地质地形条件恶劣,运行情况复杂,管网智能化建设尚未成熟,为此引入数字孪生体技术改善该管网的智能化建设。讨论了该技术的内涵以及在中缅原油管道建设中的作用,以实际运行情况为例,分析了数字孪生体在管道内检测、调度优化、设备运行维护、高后果区监测与预警和全生命周期管理等5个方面的应用。数字孪生体技术为新一轮的数字化管网建设提供了新思路。
In recent years,China has vigorously promoted the construction of intelligent pipeline networks,and the new concept of digital twins has also been applied to the construction of oil and gas pipeline networks.The China-Myanmar crude oil pipelines are subject to harsh geological and topographical conditions and complex operating situations,and the intelligent construction of its network is not yet mature.This paper introduced digital twin technology to improve the intelligent construction of this pipeline network.It discussed the connotation of this technology and its role in the construction of the China-Myanmar crude oil pipelines.By investigating actual operating situations,this paper analyzed the application of digital twins in in-line inspection,scheduling optimization,equipment operation and maintenance,high-consequence area monitoring and early warning,and whole-life-cycle management.Digital twin technology provides a new approach for a new round of digital pipeline network construction.
