海底电缆对海底管道交流干扰试验研究

摘要 当海底管道在长距离范围内与海底电缆形成并行或者交叉,海底电缆的电磁干扰会引发管道腐蚀。针对某工程实际情况,通过搭建真实海洋工况环境,研究电缆正常运行和对地短路故障时在不同距离、不同角度下对海底管道的交流干扰。试验结果表明:海底管道产生的感应电压与其自身和海底电缆的角度、距离成反比,与海底电缆的工作电流成正比;在电缆正常运行时,海底管道所受感应电压最大值为0.0059 V,无交流腐蚀风险;对地短路故障时,海底管道所受感应电压最大值为0.0384 V,无交流腐蚀风险。 When submarine cables and submarine pipelines are parallel or crossed over long distances,the electromagnetic interference of cables will cause the corrosion of pipelines.In view of the actual situation of a project,a real marine working environment is set up to study the alternating current(AC)interference of submarine cables under normal operation and short-circuit failures to the ground to submarine pipelines at different distances and angles.The test results reveal that the induced voltage generated by a submarine pipeline is inversely proportional to the angle and distance of the submarine pipeline and cable and is proportional to the working current of the submarine cable.Under the normal operation of the submarine cable and a short-circuit failure to the ground,the maximum induced voltage suffered by the submarine pipeline is 0.0059 V and 0.0384 V,respectively,which means there is no risk of AC corrosion.
