摘要
旅大5-2北油田是我国首个海上超稠油热采开发油田,因超稠油黏度特别大,输送难度大,不能采用常规的输送工艺。在对比分析国内外应用成熟的稠油降黏工艺特点基础上,基于海上开发的实际条件和可依托资源,开展直接加热外输和掺水加热外输两种输送技术方案比选,最终推荐采用掺水输送与加热输送相结合的降黏输送工艺,建议油品掺水至含水率65%,外输温度加热至54℃。并对管道初始启动和停输再启动提出流动安全保障措施。研究成果可为海上超稠油油田的开发提供参考。
LD5-2N Oilfield is the first offshore ultra-heavy oilfield with thermal production in China.The conventional transportation process,however,cannot be applied to this oilfield due to its particularly high viscosity of ultra-heavy oil and great transportation difficulty.This study compares and analyzes the characteristics of mature viscosity reduction processes for heavy oil employed both at home and abroad.On this basis,considering the actual conditions of offshore development and the available resources,direct heating transportation and water-mixed heating transportation technologies are selected for comparison.It is recommended that the combination of heating transportation and water-mixed transportation should be used for the viscosity reduction transportation of ultra-heavy oil,with water mixing to a water content of 65%and the transportation temperature to 54℃.Assurance measures for flow safety are proposed for the initial start-up and restart of pipelines.The research results can provide a reference for the development of offshore ultra-heavy oilfields.
