根据海外某沙漠油田的特点和前期项目实施经验,针对埋地集输管道设计的相关技术问题进行探讨,主要包括管道路由的确定、管道覆土层厚度的确定、管道防腐措施、管道保温方案的确定、总传热系数的选择、溶气原油的黏度和凝固点等问题,以期为后续具体设计提供参考。

According to the characteristics of an overseas desert oilfield and previous project implementation experience,the technical issues related to the design of buried gathering and transportation pipelines are discussed.The issues mainly include the determination of pipeline routing,pipeline covering thickness,pipeline anticorrosion measures and insulation schemes,the selection of the overall heat transfer coefficient,and the viscosity and solidifying point of crude oil with dissolved gas.Finally,a reference is provided for subsequent specific designs.
