大口径天然气管道工程水网地区机械化施工难点及应对措施 被引量:4

摘要 随着长输天然气管道向大口径、高钢级方向发展,以自动焊为代表的管道工程机械化施工成为主流。水网地区受地基承载力差、线路施工断点多的影响,机械化施工降效严重。以提高水网地区机械化施工连续作业能力为原则,从设计优化、施工组织、施工方案等方面总结水网地区施工的应对措施,保证了自动化焊接、数字化检测、机械化补口等机械化施工在水网地区的全面应用,为后续水网地区管道机械化施工提供借鉴。 With the development of long-distance natural gas pipelines toward a large diameter and high steel grade,mechanized construction,especially automatic welding,has become the mainstream of pipeline engineering.Affected by the poor bearing capacity of foundations and multiple breakpoints of line construction in dense waterway network regions,the efficiency of mechanized construction in these regions is seriously reduced.To improve the continuous operation ability of mechanized construction in dense waterway network regions,this study summarizes the solutions for construction in dense waterway network regions from the aspects including design optimization,construction organization,and construction schemes.These solutions can ensure the full application of mechanized construction in terms of automatic welding,digital detection,and mechanized joint coating in dense waterway network regions,which can provide a reference for the subsequent mechanized construction of pipelines in dense waterway network regions.
