产教融合视域下创新创业创造人才培养生态系统构造探索——以厦门海洋职业技术学院服务区域发展为例

Exploration on the Construction of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Creative Talent Training Ecosystem from the Perspective of Industry Education Integration——Taking Xiamen Ocean Vocational and Technical College as an Example

创新创业创造人才培养属于供给侧改革的内容,直接服务于区域经济社会发展,关键在于产教融合,基本途径是构造动态化的生态系统。厦门海洋职业技术学院服务于厦门的海洋经济发展,将创新创业创造融入人才培养全过程,形成了“核心目标确定-选才-培育-孵化”的生态链,构造了极具鲜明办学特色的创新创业创造人才培养生态系统,在多年的人才培养实践中取得了丰厚成果,成效显著,并为福建省、厦门市的区域经济高质量发展提供了有力的人才支撑和强大的内生动力。

Innovation, entrepreneurship and creation is part of talent training ecosystem supply-side reform, which serves regional economic and social development directly. Integration of industry and education is the key, and constructing a dynamic ecosystem is the basic way. Xiamen Ocean Vocational College, serving Xiamen marine development, integrating innovation and entrepreneurship into the whole process of talent training, forms an ecological chain “core objectives—selection—cultivate—incubate”. It has constructed an innovation, entrepreneurship and creative talent training ecosystem with distinctive school running characteristics. It also provides strong talent support and strong endogenous driving force for the high-quality development of regional economy in Fujian province and Xiamen city.
