新时代高职教师党支部组织力提升意义重大,以全国党建工作样板支部创建工程为例,重点介绍了“252”工作法的实施过程及成效。在此基础上提出四点经验与启示:调动党员内在主观能动性是支部发展的内生动力,抓牢抓实抓好制度建设是支部发展的基本保障,开拓思路不断创新是支部发展的活力源泉,推动中心工作是支部发展的重要落脚点。这对高职院校基层党组织建设工作有重要借鉴意义。

It is of great significance to improve the organizational power of higher vocational college teachers’ Party branch in the new era. Taking the construction project of national Party building model branch as an example, this paper mainly introduces the implementation process and effect of “252” working method. On this basis, experience and enlightenment are put forward: mobilizing the internal subjective initiative of Party members is the endogenous power of branch development, grasping the system construction is the basic guarantee of branch development, exploring ideas and constantly innovating is the vitality source of branch development, and promoting the central work is the important foothold of branch development, which is of great significance to the construction of grass-roots Party organizations in higher vocational colleges.
