Research on the Integration Path of Labor Education and Volunteer Service in Tourism Vocational Colleges

新时期教育发展为高职院校人才培养提出更为严格的要求。旅游类高职院校应基于推动大学生积极参与志愿服务,做好劳动教育实践引导,提高大学生对劳动教育的正面认识,加强旅游类高职院校专业人才社会服务及社会劳动综合能力,为未来旅游类高职院校大学生就业发展及岗位工作提供劳动实践平台。

The development of education in the new era puts forward more stringent requirements for talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges. Tourism vocational colleges should promote college students to actively participate in voluntary service, guide the practice of labor education, improve students’ positive understanding of labor education, strengthen the social service and social labor comprehensive ability of tourism vocational college professionals, and provide a labor practice platform for the future employment development and post work of tourism vocational college students.
