课程思政改革背景下的高职英语教师发展路径探析 被引量:2

摘要 教师在课程思政教育中的核心地位都是不容忽视。文章阐述了教师在育人过程中的主体作用,研究分析了在“双高”建设及课程思政改革背景下,高职英语教师应该具备的内涵要求。研究认为,为了切实提升课程思政教学效果,英语教师要做到,以德为先、提升自己政治理论水平,与时俱进、提升跨文化交际能力,加强团队协作,提升课程设计与课堂教学能力。 The core position of teachers in curriculum ideological and political education cannot be ignored. This paper explains the main role of teachers in the process of educating people and analyzes the connotation requirements that higher vocational English teachers should have under the background of “double high” and the curriculum ideological and political reform. The research indicates that in order to effectively improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political teaching of the curriculum, English teachers should put morality first and improve their political theory level, keep up with the times, improve cross-cultural communication skills, strengthen teamwork and improve curriculum design and classroom teaching ability.
