高校党员干部“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育常态化路径选择

The Normalization Path Choice of the Theme Education of “Remaining True to Our Original Aspiration and Keeping Our Mission Firmly in Mind” for Party Members and Cadres in Colleges and Universities

十九届四中全会将“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育上升到常态化层面,提出应将“不忘初心、牢记使命”视作党建工作的永恒课题和全体党员干部的终身课题。本文分析了高校党员干部“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育的意义,结合当下“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育工作中存在的问题,提出了应建立常态化学习制度、运用新媒体开展主题教育活动、建立主题教育活动考核与评价体系等措施,以此来推进此项工作实现常态化、制度化发展。

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee raised the theme education of “remaining true to our original aspiration and keeping our mission firmly in mind” to the normalization level, and proposed that the motto “remaining true to our original aspiration and keeping our mission firmly in mind” should be regarded as the eternal topic of Party construction and the lifelong topic of all Party members and cadres. This paper analyzes the significance of the theme education of “remaining true to our original aspiration and keeping our mission firmly in mind” for Party members and cadres in colleges and universities. Combined with the problems existing in the theme education of “remaining true to our original aspiration and keeping our mission firmly in mind”, this paper puts forward some measures, such as establishing a normal learning system, using new media to carry out theme education activities, and establishing an assessment and evaluation system for theme education activities, so as to promote the normalization and institutionalization of this task.
