关于提升高校意识形态工作实效性和覆盖面的途径研究

On the Ways to Improve the Effectiveness and Coverage of Ideological Work in Colleges and Universities

目前高校越来越重视意识形态工作,在制度方面的四梁八柱也基本构建完备。然而因工作触角覆盖面、制度执行系统性、方式方法针对性、专业能力培训等方面不到位的问题存在,导致现行工作成效距离目标还有差距。本文旨在通过职能部门的协同性、执行方式的延展性、阵地建设的实效性、队伍建设的专业性等方面为提升高校意识形态工作的实效性和覆盖面提供可行性途径。

At present, colleges and universities pay more and more attention to the ideological work, and the four beams and eight columns in the system are basically complete. However, due to the lack of coverage, systematic system implementation, targeted methods and professional training, there is still a gap between the effectiveness of the current work and the target. This paper aims to provide a feasible way to improve the effectiveness and coverage of ideological work in colleges and universities through the coordination of functional departments, the extensibility of implementation methods, the effectiveness of position construction, and the professionalism of team construction.
