摘要
“百万扩招”计划对于高职院校人才培养是一大挑战。在分析扩招生学习需求、特点及扩招生培养现状的基础上,本文提出针对扩招生的培养策略:课程方面,课程的设置不降低标准,同时增加弹性;课程资源的开发要从教授化课程资源向学习化课程资源转化;课程教学可采用罗杰斯的非指导性教学模式;课程考核主张以目标为导向。与此相适应,教师的角色亦需要发生转变:从教学资源开发者转变为学习资源开发者;从重“授业”到重“解惑”,从单向师生关系到互为“师生”关系。
“One Million enrollment expansion” plan is a great challenge for talent training in higher vocational colleges. Based on the analysis of the learning needs, characteristics and training status of expanded students, this paper puts forward the training strategies: in terms of curriculum, the curriculum does not reduce the standard, but increase the flexibility;the development of curriculum resources should transform from teaching curriculum resources to learning curriculum resources;the course teaching can adopt Rogers’ s nondirective teaching mode;curriculum assessment advocates goal orientation. Accordingly, the role of teachers also needs to change: from teaching resource developer to learning resource developer;from emphasizing “teaching” to “solving doubts”, from one-way teacher-student relationship to mutual “teacher-student” relationship.
