On the Development and Expansion of Rural Collective Economy in Heze

发展壮大农村集体经济,能够巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接,推动乡村治理良性发展,实现农民农村共同富裕。菏泽市通过政府引领和能人带动发展乡村特色产业,农村集体经济得到长足发展。为使农村集体经济成为农民农村共同富裕的可靠引导和坚实保障,菏泽市党委政府应探索以市带县,协调好域内“三农”工作;探索建立农民专业合作社联合社,实现产业融合发展;探索选拔和培训新模式,推动乡村人才振兴。

Developing and expanding rural collective economy can consolidate and expand the effective connection between Poverty Alleviation achievements and Rural Revitalization, promote the benign development of rural governance and realize the common prosperity of villagers and rural areas. Rural collective economy and characteristic industry in Heze has made great progress through governmental guidance talent-leading. In order to make the rural collective economy a reliable guide and solid guarantee for villagers’ common prosperity in rural areas, the CPC Heze Municipal Committee and People’s Government should explore the measures to coordinate the work of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers” with municipality leading county, establish the federation of villagers’ professional cooperatives to realize industrial integration and development, and select and train new models to promote the revitalization of rural talents.
