摘要 针对多层状倾斜薄矿体采用浅孔留矿法分层开采中出现贫化率高、资源浪费大、安全风险高等问题。文章结合某锰矿多层状倾斜矿体的工程技术条件,通过引入“协同开采”理念,提出阶梯式协同推进集中出矿留矿法。工程实践表明,与原浅孔留矿法相比,采场回采率提高了4.5%,采切成本降低了14.5%,有效减少矿房采切准备时间,作业环境也得到明显改善,以期对其它类似矿体开采提供一定的借鉴意义。 In view of the problems of high dilution rate,large waste of resources and high safety risk in the mining of multi-layer orebody by shallow hole shrinkage method.By combining with he engineering and technical conditions of a multi-layer inclined orebody,by introducing the concept of "synergetic mining",this paper puts forward the concentrated ore drawing shrinkage method with stepped collaborative propulsion.The engineering practice shows that compared with the original shallow hole shrinkage method,the stope recovery rate is increased by 4.5%,the cost of mining and cutting is reduced by 14.5%,the preparation time for mining and cutting is effectively reduced,and the working environment is also significantly improved,so as to provide some reference for the mining of other similar ore bodies.
