摘要
寻边器是数控铣床上必备的辅助定位工具,用于确定机床XY坐标系的零件原点。设计一种三爪固定式光电寻边器,由两个固定爪和一个活动弹簧推力卡爪组成,卡爪将探头固定在中心,保持与寻边器同心。探头采用圆柱形设计,尺寸小,适用性广,在发生过行程时,探头在弹簧推力卡爪的作用下可以发生偏移,有效保护探头,具有很好的耐用性和持久性。
Edge finder is a necessary auxiliary positioning tool on CNC milling machine,which is used to determine the origin of parts in XY coordinate system of machine tool.A three claw fixed photoelectric edge finder is designed,which is composed of two fixed claws and a movable spring thrust claw.The claw fixes the probe in the center and keeps concentric with the edge finder.The probe adopts cylindrical design,with small size and wide applicability.In case of over travel,the probe can shift under the action of spring thrust claw,which effectively protects the probe and has good durability.
