补肾活血法治疗糖尿病勃起功能障碍的研究进展

Research Progress of Tonifying Kidney and Activating Blood Therapy in the Treatment of Diabetic Erectile Dysfunction

勃起功能障碍是男性糖尿病患者的常见并发症之一,也是男科门诊常见病。中医认为其病机为肾虚,采用补肾活血作为治疗大法。补肾又可分为补肾阴、补肾阳等不同治法,文章从中医对治疗糖尿病ED的病机及治疗理论研究入手,详述补肾活血法在治疗糖尿病ED中的应用,以期为今后中医药治疗糖尿病ED的相关研究提从借鉴。

Erectile dysfunction is one of the common complications of male patients with diabetes,and it is also a common disease in male outpatient department.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the pathogenesis is kidney deficiency,which is treated by Tonifying the kidney and activating blood therapy.Tonifying the kidney can be divided into tonifying the kidney yin,tonifying the kidney yang and other different treatment methods.Starting from the research on the pathogenesis and treatment theory of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetes ED,this paper details the application of tonifying kidney and activating blood therapy in the treatment of diabetes ED,in order to provide reference for the future research on the treatment of diabetes ED with traditional Chinese medicine.
