慢性心力衰竭中西医结合诊治思路研究进展

Research Progress on Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

心力衰竭是各种心脏疾病引起的疾病转归终末期表现,其病情复杂,单纯用中医或西医治疗不能达到满意的治疗效果。近年来中西医在慢性心力衰竭治疗上拓展了新思路,文章针对慢性心力衰竭中西医诊治及结合诊治思路做一归纳总结,为临床诊疗慢性心力衰竭提供参考。

Heart failure is the end-stage manifestation of diseases caused by various heart diseases.Its condition is complex,and the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine or western medicine alone can not achieve satisfactory treatment results.In recent years,traditional Chinese and western medicine has expanded new ideas in the treatment of chronic heart failure.This article summarizes the diagnosis and treatment of chronic heart failure with traditional Chinese and western medicine and the combination of diagnosis and treatment,so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic heart failure.
