中医药治疗肝胃郁热型胃食管反流病的临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease of Liver Stomach Stagnation Heat Type

胃食管反流病(GERD)是常见的消化系统疾病之一。中医药在治疗GERD方面具有改善症状、降低复发率、副反应小、安全耐受等诸多优势。肝胃郁热型是GERD的常见证型,现将近些年来中医药治疗肝胃郁热型GERD的临床研究进展加以综述以进一步为中医药治疗该病提供临床经验参考依据,同时分析目前存在的问题及不足。

Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD) is one of the common digestive diseases.Traditional Chinese medicine has many advantages in the treatment of GERD,such as improving symptoms,reducing recurrence rate,less side effects,safe tolerance and so on.Liver stomach stagnant heat type is a common syndrome type of GERD.Now,the clinical research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of GERD with stagnation of liver and stomach heat is reviewed to further provide clinical experience reference for the treatment of GERD with traditional Chinese medicine,and analyze the existing problems and deficiencies.
