摘要
目的:探讨“4M+1E”质量管理的五个影响因素在护士岗前培训中的应用效果。方法:将2019年和2020年新入护士43人,对照组为2019年21名新入科的护士,采用常规的培训模式,观察组为2020年22名新入科的护士,采用“4M+1E”培训模式,对比两组护士临床核心指标掌握、抢救记录的书写能力、实践操作考核成绩、紧急抢救情景应急能力评定等取平均分及护士对培训满意度结果。结果:观察组护士临床核心指标掌握、抢救记录的书写能力、实践操作考核成绩及情景应急能力评定结果均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组对培训满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于“4M+1E”管理培训模式运用在岗前培训中有利于提高新护士核心理论知识掌握情况、抢救记录的书写能力、临床实践操作能力,提高护士应急处置能力,提高培训人员的临床教学质量,提高护士对培训效果的满意程度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of five influencing factors of"4M+1E"quality management in pre-job training of nurses.Methods:There were 43 new nurses in 2019 and 2020,the control group was 21 new nurses in 2019 using the conventional training mode,and the observation group was 22 new nurses in 2020 using the"4M+1E"training mode.The mastery of core indicators,the writing ability of rescue records,the results of practical operation assessments,and the evaluation of emergency response capabilities in emergency rescue situations were taken as the average score and the results of nurses’satisfaction with the training.Results:The mastery of clinical core indicators,the writing ability of rescue records,the results of practical operation assessment and the evaluation of situational emergency ability of nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the training satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the"4M+1E"management training model in pre-job training is beneficial to improve the mastery of new nurses’core theoretical knowledge,the writing ability of rescue records,the ability of clinical practice,improve the emergency response ability of nurses,and improve the clinical teaching of trainers,and improve nurses’satisfaction with the training effect.
