摘要 文章通过问卷调查,得出涉及到就业与职业发展相关数据作为此课程教学效果反馈因素之一,提出成都理工大学工程技术学院当前遇到的一些问题,总结学校关于大学生职业发展与就业指导课程现阶段情况。并针对现阶段的问题从意识层面、教师层面、外部资源、教学突破四个方面提出教学创新思考,从而切实提升我校大学生职业发展与就业指导课程教学质量,提高学生自我规划能力,提升就业质量。 Through the questionnaire survey,this paper obtains the data related to employment and career development as one of the feedback factors of the teaching effect of this course,puts forward some problems encountered by the college of Engineering and Technology of Chengdu University of Technology,and summarizes the current situation of the college students’ career development and career guidance course.In view of the problems at this stage,this paper puts forward teaching innovation thinking from four aspects:consciousness level,teacher level,external resources and teaching breakthrough,so as to effectively improve the teaching quality of College Students’ career development and employment guidance courses,improve students’ self planning ability and improve the quality of employment.
