长距离调水工程降耗节能运行的关键问题研究——以南水北调东线一期工程山东段为例

Key subjects of energy efficiency in operating long-distance water transfer projects--a case study on the Shandong section of the first phase of the east rout of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project

当前,南水北调东中线一期工程已投入运行8年,积累了许多运行经验,但这些经验都较为零散,缺乏整合。文章主要围绕南水北调东线一期工程的节能降耗与经济运行,以南水北调东线一期工程山东段为例,结合工程管理经验实际,从航运联合调度、单个泵站及泵站群联合调度、湖泊综合联调联蓄、电价政策研究与运用等方面对南水北调工程的节能降耗经济运行展开系统总结和研究,以期进一步丰富我国长距离调水工程管理的实践成果。

The first phase of the east route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project has been put into operation for 8 years since 2014,during which plenty of operation experience has been accumulated.However,those practical experiences have been in a scattered situation and needs summarization and refining.Given this,this paper proposes a framework for analyzing and sorting out the operational experiences of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project,focusing on its energy conservation and efficiency operation in the Shandong section of the east route.The key technologies in the framework includes the joint operation with shipping,the economic operation of a single pump station and multiple pump stations,integrated operation of lakes,the research and application of the electricity price policy.The proposed framework will further enrich the results of the management of long-distance water transfer projects in China.
