淮河流域水资源变化分析与保护建议

Analysis and recommendations for changes in water resources of the Huaihe River Basin

水资源的科学合理利用是社会经济可持续发展的有力保障。淮河流域水资源的合理开发利用和节约保护对于保障淮河生态经济带的发展具有重要意义。文章通过分析研究2011—2020年淮河流域水资源量和供用水结构变化状况,提出水资源管理保护措施建议,为淮河流域科学制定水资源可持续开发利用制度提供依据。

Scientific and rational utilization of water resources is a powerful guarantee for sustainable social and economic development.The rational development,utilization and conservation of water resources of the Huaihe River Basin is of great significance to ensuring the development of the Huaihe River ecological and economic belt.Based on the analysis and research on the changes of water resources and water supply and consumption structure of the Huaihe River Basin from 2011 to 2020,this paper puts forward suggestion for water resources management and protection measures,which serves to provide a basis for scientifically formulating the system of sustainable development and utilization of water resources in the Huaihe River Basin.
