摘要
就SMC(片状模塑料复合材料)片材配方、制件表面张力、制件表面粗糙度及制件过程使用的脱模剂对SMC制件表面单组分水性底漆附着力的影响进行了试验。结果表明,SMC片材配方、制件表面粗糙度及外喷脱模剂对单组分水性底漆附着力均有直接影响。给出了一些提高涂层附着力的建议。
The effects of the formulation,surface tension,and roughness of SMC(sheet molding compound),as well as the mold-release agent used during the fabrication of SMC on the adhesion of single-component waterborne primer on SMC surface were tested.The results showed that the formulation and surface roughness of SMC and the mold-release agent for external spray affected the adhesion of coating greatly.Some suggestions for improving the adhesion of single-component waterborne primer on SMC surface were given.
