摘要
为探索物理气相沉积(PVD)用于汽车外饰件的可行性,分析了紫外光可固化涂层固化能量、基材种类和PVD工艺类型(包括真空蒸发镀铟和磁控溅射镀铬)对样品各项性能的影响。结果表明,将PVD用于汽车外饰件可行。说明了相关注意事项。
In order to explore the feasibility of physical vapor deposition(PVD)on automotive exterior parts,the effects of curing energy of ultraviolet-curable coating,substrate materials,and PVD processes(including vacuum evaporation of indium and magnetron sputtering of chromium)on various properties of the specimens were analyzed.The results showed that it is feasible to use PVD in automobile exterior decoration.Some relevant precautions were described.
