Static and fatigue test technology for full-scale composite fuselage barrels

摘要 全尺寸复合材料机身筒段静力/疲劳试验是国内首次规划的全复材大部件试验,为顺利完成试验并积累相关技术经验,介绍了现有民机及大型运输机静力/疲劳试验技术现状,研究并应用了全复材大直径大载荷机身特殊边界模拟、撑杆-差动组合静定约束系统、静力/疲劳试验一体化加载系统技术。这些新技术在试验中的成功应用加快了试验实施速度、提升了试验安全性和可靠性。试验结果表明,各项技术安全、可靠、有效,达到了试验要求和预期目标,形成了一套完整有效的全尺寸复合材料机身筒段大部件试验技术,为宽体客机机身复合材料的应用奠定了良好的基础。 Static and fatigue test for full-scale composite fuselage barrels is firstly planed as a large composite component test.In order to finish the test successfully and accumulate relevant technical experience,the current status of static/fatigue test technology for civil aircraft and large transport aircraft is presented.A special boundary simulation of composite fuselage with large diameter and heavy load,brace strut-differential combined statically determinate restraint system and an integrated loading system of static/fatigue test had been studied and applied.These above-mentioned new technologies had been successfully applied on the test,which have accelerated test implementation speed,and improved the safety and reliability of the test.The results showed that the technologies are safe,reliable and efficient.The test requirements and expected objectives have been achieved,and a complete and effective test technology system for a large full-scale composite fuselage barrels test is formed,which provides a good foundation for the application of composite materials for wide body aircraft fuselage.
