统筹河北“五大工程”实现“三水”联调的路径探析

Evaluation of paths for coordinating“five projects”in Hebei to realize joint regulation of“three water”

对河北省引江工程、引黄工程、岗南水库、黄壁庄水库、石津灌区(以下简称“五大工程”)当前所具有的地位和作用、存在问题以及未来发展需求客观分析,提出实现引江水、引黄水、水库水(以下简称“三水”)联合调度,发挥更大效益的举措和路径,以期更好地为当地经济社会发展提供水资源保证。

Based on objectively analysis of current status and roles,an analysis is made on the existing problems and future development needs of“five projects”in Hebei,namely diverting water from the Yangtze River,the Yellow River Diversion Project,the Gangnan Reservoir,the Huangbizhuang Reservoir and the Shijin Irrigation District.Measures and realization paths of joint regulation of diverted water from the Yangtze River,the Yellow River and reservoirs(“three water”)are proposed in order to maximize benefits and safeguard water provision for local economic and social development.
