三峡后续工作专项资金区域绩效评价方法探讨

Discussions on performance evaluation methods of regions using special funds for follow-up work of the Three Gorges Project

依据《三峡后续工作专项资金绩效管理暂行办法》《项目支出绩效评价管理办法》,结合三峡后续工作项目实施情况,提出两种区域绩效评价方法,结合实践案例,对比分析三峡后续工作专项资金区域绩效评价方法,为进一步加强三峡后续工作规划项目财政支出绩效管理,提高三峡后续工作专项资金使用效益提供参考借鉴。

According to the Interim Measures of Performance and Efficiency Management of Special Funds for the Follow-up Work of the Three Gorges Project and Management Measures for Performance Evaluation of Project Expenditure, two performance evaluation methods are proposed based on implementation of follow-up work of the Three Gorges Project. With consideration of practical cases, performance evaluation methods of special funds for the follow-up work of the Three Gorges Project are compared and analyzed, which shall provide a basis for further improvement of performance of financial expenditure of the planned follow-up project and increase of efficiency of special funds for the Three Gorges Project.
