小儿胃炎患儿的治疗中应用克拉霉素与替硝唑联合治疗的临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Clarithromycin Combined with Tinidazole in the Treatment of Children with Gastritis

目的分析在小儿胃炎患儿的治疗中应用克拉霉素与替硝唑联合治疗的临床效果。方法选择山东省寿光市人民医院2019年1月—2020年12月收治的胃炎患儿70例,随机分组,单一组(n=35)给予替硝唑,联合组(n=35)给予替硝唑+克拉霉素。比较两组上腹部胀满消失时间、嗳气反酸消失时间、恶心呕吐消失时间、治疗前后患儿胃部炎性因子监测值、总有效率。结果联合组上腹部胀满消失时间、嗳气反酸消失时间、恶心呕吐消失时间(5.35±1.11)、(5.25±1.51)、(4.21±1.21)d短于单一组(7.35±1.57)、(7.25±1.56)、(6.26±1.21)d,差异有统计学意义(t=6.154、5.450、7.087,P<0.05)。治疗后联合组胃部炎性因子监测值低于单一组,差异有统计学意义(t=15.406、6.620、39.173,P<0.05)。联合组总有效率94.29%高于单一组74.29%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.285,P=0.022)。结论替硝唑+克拉霉素治疗小儿胃炎的效果高于替硝唑单药,可加速上腹部胀满、嗳气反酸、恶心呕吐症状消失,促使患儿的病情得到改善,有利于控制机体炎症,提高治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of clarithromycin combined with tinidazole in the treatment of children with gastritis.Methods A total of 70 children with gastritis who were admitted to Shouguang City People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into groups.The single group(n=35)was given tinidazole,and the combined group(n=35)was given tinidazole+clarithromycin.The disappearance time of upper abdominal distention,belching and acid reflux disappearance,nausea and vomiting disappearance time,the monitoring value of gastric inflammatory factors before and after treatment,and the total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of epigastric fullness,belching and acid reflux,nausea and vomiting in the combined group(5.35±1.11)d,(5.25±1.51)d,(4.21±1.21)d were shorter than those in the single group(7.35±1.57)d,(7.25±1.56)d,(6.26±1.21)d,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.154,5.450,7.087,P<0.05).After treatment,the monitoring value of gastric inflammatory factors in the combined group was lower than that in the single group,the difference was statistically significant(t=15.406,6.620,39.173,P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combined group was 94.29%,which was higher than that of the single group(74.29%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.285,P=0.022).Conclusion The effect of tinidazole+clarithromycin in the treatment of children with gastritis is higher than that of tinidazole alone,which can accelerate the disappear⁃ance of symptoms of upper abdominal distention,belching,acid reflux,nausea and vomiting,improve the condition of children,and help control the body Inflammation,improve the effect of treatment.
