不孕症患者对体外受精-胚胎移植技术认知现状调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Status Quo of Cognition of in Vitro Fertilization-embryo Transfer Technology among Infertile Patients

目的了解不孕症患者对体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)技术认知现状。方法于2020年1-12月采用广西壮族自治区生殖医院自制的IVF-ET技术认知问卷调查表对192例不孕症患者进行问卷调查,共发放纸质问卷调查表192份,回收180份(94%)。并对调查结果数据进行统计分析。结果180例患者对IVF-ET的平均认知得分(55.34±5.86)分;患者在不同受教育程度上的IVF-ET认知得分比较,差异有统计学意义(F=5.130,P<0.05)。患者对IVF-ET的知识普及必要性态度与年龄呈显著正相关,惧怕公开IVF-ET治疗的态度与受教育程度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论不孕症患者对IVF-ET技术的认知度不足,其态度也有所不同,这主要与年龄和受教育程度有关。

Objective To understand the status of cognition of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)technol⁃ogy in infertile patients.Methods From January to December 2020,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 192 in⁃fertile patients using the IVF-ET technology cognition questionnaire made by Reproductive Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.A total of 192 paper questionnaires were distributed,and 180(94%)were recovered.Statistical analysis of the survey results.Results The average cognitive score of 180 patients on IVF-ET was(55.34±5.86)points.There were differences in the cognitive scores of IVF-ET among patients with different educational lev⁃els.The difference was statistically significant(F=5.130,P<0.05).The patient's attitude towards the necessity of popu⁃larizing IVF-ET knowledge was significantly positively correlated with age,and the attitude of fear of public IVF-ET treatment was positively correlated with education level(P<0.05).Conclusion The awareness of IVF-ET technology among infertile patients is insufficient,and their attitudes are also different,which are mainly related to age and edu⁃cation level.
